Modify standard reports in the system or create from scratch.
The Report Writer module is fully-integrated with the School Accounting System and is a powerful information retrieval tool that allows you to customize reports to fit your district’s needs. You can modify any standard report currently in the system or create unique reports from scratch.
As with any of our add-on modules to the School Accounting System, you receive a 30-day trial period after activation to make sure the module will be a good fit for your school.
With Report Writer you can ...
- Simply pick the query and choose the fields, and the Report Wizard automatically builds your report
- Modify any standard report in the system or create a new one from ad hoc queries
- Create custom reports for General Ledger, Payroll, and Accounts Payable or from Negotiations, Fixed Asset Inventory, and other licensed add-on modules
- Define font, style, size, color, and format or change orientation to Portrait or Landscape
- Export reports to several file formats including Microsoft® Excel and Adobe® PDF
- Insert your school logo or a picture into any report to create a unique design
- Insert formulas to perform calculations and mine the data you need
- Apply different sorting options for effective viewing and decision making
- Import and export report templates to share with other districts using the Report Writer module
