FAQ: In Negotiations, can I copy a package used last year to the new year?

Yes, to copy a package in Negotiations, complete the following:

  • From the Negotiations screen, select the Maintenance menu and then Packages.
  • At the Packages screen, select the Options menu and then Copy Package.
  • At the Copy Package screen, enter the ID of the existing package to copy in the Package ID to Copy field.
  • Enter a unique ID and description for the new package to create in the Package ID and Package Description fields.
  • Complete the Negotiation Year End field, and select the Increment Step field (applicable for Nebraska school districts only) if needed.
  • Click the Execute button.
