I am getting a message stating the database version needs to be updated and to contact the system administrator; what does this mean?
The message indicates that a newer version of the program has been installed on the client (workstation), while the database itself and the server are at an older version. To resolve this issue, your system administrator must download and install the newer version of the program and update the database.
