I am getting a message, “Data failed validation,” when I am trying to combine account numbers. Why?

When combining account numbers the following criteria needs to be met:

  1. The account numbers must be within the same fund.
  2. The account numbers must be the same type.
  3. The account numbers must have the same yearly post account.
  4. The account numbers must be active.
  5. The account numbers cannot be control accounts.
