FAQ: Does the Web Link update need to be installed on the web server?

Yes, the installation of the update must take place on the web server where Web Link is installed.

Note: All users must be logged out of Web Link prior to installing the Web Link update. To ensure everybody is logged out, edit the Web Link Setup Options from within the School Accounting System in order to disconnect users currently logged into Web Link and/or prevent users from logging into Web Link while installing the update. Refer to the Completing Web Link Setup Options topic in the Help File for additional information.
